Foot Abhyanga

A stimulating Ayurvedic lower leg and foot massage with warm oils that helps relieve tired feet, calms the central nervous system and promotes restful sleep.

Basti Treatment

Warm medicated oil is held in a dough ring over targeted body areas to facilitate deep healing. The oil penetrates through the skin to nourish, detoxify and strengthen underlying tissues.

Each Basti type targets a different region; musculoskeletal, organ-specific or energetic.

Treatment is administered over 3 consecutive days, ranging from 30 to 50 minutes per session plus massage. It is recommended that you allow a minimum of 1.5 hours per session and do not participate in anything strenuous post treatment.

Abhyanga is a traditional Ayurvedic warm, dosha-specific, oil massage applied in long strokes on limbs, and circular motions on joints. It promotes circulation, detoxification, and nervous system relaxation.

Back Basti’s

All Back Basti treatments are preceded by 20 minute Back Abhyanga

Kati (lumbar/sacral)

Great for sciatica, lumbar disc issues such as herniated or bulging discs, lumbago, menstrual pain, nervous system disorders, scoliosis

Prsta (thoracic spine-upper back)

Great for mid-back pain, anxiety, nervous system disorders, scoliosis, postural kyphosis

Greeva (cervical spine/neck)

Great for stiff neck, shoulder tension, vertigo, headaches, cervical spondylosis, tech neck/poor posture, scoliosis

Puppus (lungs)

Great for asthma, wheezing, breathlessness, chronic coughs, post-viral respiratory fatigue, grief or unresolved emotions held in the lungs

Abdomen Basti’s

All Abdomen Basti treatments are preceded by 20 minute Foot Abhyanga

Yakrt (liver)

Great for hormonal imbalances, PMS, irritability, anger, frustration, liver sluggishness or toxicity, overuse of medication or alcohol, fatty liver

Navel (chakra/solar plexus)

Great for fatigue or low energy, immunocompromised, digestive issues (gas, bloating, IBS, hyperacidity), emotional trauma stored in the gut, fertility and hormonal balance

Nimnodhara (bladder)

Great for urinary incontinence or urgency, weak bladder tone, menstrual disorders, reproductive imbalances, fertility issues
